§1 Conditions of the Agreement
The following terms and conditions govern all transactions and orders placed on our website https://www.dress-your-drink.com (the “Agreement”).
Your use of https://www.dress-your-drink.com (the “Site”) and/or placement of any order with DRESS-YOUR-DRINK constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by the Agreement. Placing an order on the Site involves 7 steps.
(1) Select the desired goods, designs and numbers
(2) Confirm your selection by clicking the button “Add to Cart”
(3) Verify the items in your cart are the desired items by clicking the button “Proceed to checkout.”
(4) Provide your address / contact information and if desired you may register with the Site by entering your e-mail address and password.
(5) Select your desired payment method
(6) Confirm the information provided and correct any errors
(7) Confirm your order by clicking the button “Order now and pay”
You will receive an order confirmation from the Site indicating that your order has been accepted and is subject to the terms of the Agreement. In the event an order confirmation is not sent, but the goods are delivered, the order is also subject to the terms of the Agreement.
In the case of conclusion of a contract you, as the consumer and/or purchaser, are a party to the Agreement with:

§2 Storage of contract
DRESS-YOUR-DRINK is responsible for keeping a record of your purchase contract. You can print your purchase contact by clicking “print” during the last step of your order. We will also send an order confirmation detailing the items ordered and the general terms and conditions of the Agreement to the specified e-mail address.
§3 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of DRESS-YOUR-DRINK until full payment has been received.
§4 Prices, shipping costs, return costs upon withdrawal
The terms and conditions of this Agreement that pertain to the shipping and delivery of product may be modified on a case-by-case basis to meet the unique needs of customers who reside in the following countries:
• Germany
• France (not including overseas departments and territories)
• Austria
• Great Britain
• Denmark (not including Faroe Islands and Greenland)
• Spain (not including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
• Belgium
• Holland (not including overseas territories)
• Italy (not including Livigno and Campioned’Italia)
• Portugal
• US (not including Hawaii and Alaska)
Any such modification will be pursuant to an individual agreement between the customer and DRESS-YOUR-DRINK.
Shipping and Handling costs:
• Packages within Germany: 3.90 Euros.
• Package within the following countries: 9.90 Euros
• France (not including overseas departments and territories)
• Austria
• UK
• Denmark (not including Faroe Islands and Greenland)
• Spain (not including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
• Belgium
• Holland (not including overseas territories)
• Italy (not including Livigno and Campioned’Italia)
• Portugal
• Packages within US (not including Hawaii and Alaska): 14.90 Euro
There is no minimum purchase per order.
§5 Return Policy
The following return policy applies to all orders and transactions subject to this Agreement.
Cancellation
Return
If for any reason you wish to return any item in your order, you may do so within fourteen days.
The return period is fourteen days from the date you, your agent, representative or anyone authorized to receive the product on your behalf took possession of the product or items ordered. To exercise your right of return, you must submit a return form via mail or e-mail to the contact information below. For your convenience, please use the attached sample return form. To meet the return deadline, your return form must be received within the 14-day period.

Effects of return
If you choose to return any product, you will be refunded the full amount of your order less shipping costs within 14 days of receipt of return. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will be liable for all fees related to alternative forms of repayment. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until returned products have been received or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
Returns should be made immediately and no later than 14 days after notification of intent to return is received by DRESS-YOUR-DRINK.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. You will be held liable for damaged or destroyed goods.

Exclusion of right of return
Pursuant to German law, § 312g para. 1 no. 1 BGB, DRESS-YOUR-DRINKwill not accept the return of any customized order, i.e. product that has been customized by DRESS-YOUR-DRINKat the request of, or to meet the personal needs of, the consumer.

§6 Delivery
Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, DRESS-YOUR-DRINK will deliver purchased goods within 7 working days after shipment notification. DRESS-YOUR-DRINK will not ship the goods before receiving payment.
§7 Payment
Payment must be made either in advance by bank transfer or by payment through PayPal. We reserve the right to deny any individual payment.
Bank details for bank transfer payments are provided in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be paid within 5 working days of the order placement. A lien may only be exercised if the claims arise out of or in connection to the Agreement.
§8 Warranty
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use, incorrect storage, natural wear and tear, or if the damage is caused by other third parties or environmental factors.
§ 9 Notice
The initiation, completion, execution, and termination of the Agreement are in accordance with legal provisions.
When you visit the Site your PC IP address, date and time, the type of browser and operating system of your PC, and the pages you are logged into are recorded. However, your private or personal data are protected and not recorded.
The personal data that you provide us during the ordering process or via email (i.e. Your name and contact information) will be used only for the purposes of communications between you and Dress Your Drink and only for the purposes for which the information was provided. Your information is only shared with the shipping company for the purpose of delivering your purchased goods and with the bank for transactional purposes only. We assure you that we will not sell or pass on your personal information to third parties, unless we are legally obligated or you have expressly consented. If we take on implementation and management of manufacturing processes services of third parties, the provisions of the Data Protection Act are complied with.
Duration of storage:
Personal data that has been given to DRESS-YOUR-DRINKthrough our website is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us is fulfilled. As far as trade and tax retention periods are observed, the duration of the storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.
Your rights:
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data, we will take the appropriate actions to comply with the statutory provisions, including the deletion, correction or blocking of your data.
